My friend needs help..

Okay,I may seriously need you guy's help this weekSo the past few weeks/days I've been having some trouble with my mom and step dad who lives next door. Their dogs have been coming over and trying to attack/chase my animals. My step dad's grandson was caught beating my pet/companion donkey with a stick and chasing/terrorizing him. I've told them loads of times to contain their pets and do something about the kids. I contacted the police about it finally this morning and they said "To hell with you" for doing what I was legally obligated to do. So they decided to destroy one of my pens out of anger, that I have been drawing for by taking commissions from you guys since I got here.
If I can make at least $150 or more to make a brand new pen and make it where they can't step foot over there again with padlocks and whatnot, that would be doing me a HUGE favor. I'm even willing to accept tips, if my art is even worth that. I'm not against electrifying anything either.
